With over 15 years of experience in yoga and Pilates, Laura brings a thoughtful, inclusive approach to movement. Her teaching is grounded in the belief that every body-regardless of shape, size, ability, or experience-deserves to feel supported, empowered, and seen.
Laura specializes in tailoring each class to meet the individual needs of her students. Whether you’re new to the practice or a seasoned mover, she offers thoughtful modifications and hands-on guidance to ensure that everyone feels confident and safe in their movement. Her sessions focus on alignment, breath, and body awareness, weaving challenge and encouragement into a non-judgmental, welcoming space.
