We understand that starting something new can bring up lots of questions—whether it’s about what to wear to class, how to book your first session, or what to expect when you walk through our doors. Our FAQ section is designed to give you clear, reassuring answers so you can focus on what matters most: feeling good in your body and supported by our community.

Start with our Reformer Essentials class. It’s perfect for beginners or those returning to movement, focusing on alignment, breath, and body awareness.

We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your spot. Limited drop-in availability may be offered if space allows, but due to our small class sizes, spots are not always available.

Grip socks (required for hygiene and safety) for all reformer classes. All other equipment is provided. Forgot your socks? We sell them in-studio.

Yes. There’s a paid parking lot directly behind the studio with convenient rear access (13 Pearl St. Municipal Lot 9).
Paid street parking is also available in front of the studio on Queen Street, and free street parking can be found nearby on surrounding streets. -
Yes. We offer private change rooms, lockers for small personal items, and dedicated storage for shoes and bags.

Studio Etiquette

Yes! Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to settle in and store your belongings. For safety and flow, late arrivals are not permitted once class begins.

We ask that phones be silenced and stored away to maintain a calm, focused environment. If you’re expecting an urgent call, let your instructor know before class.

Yes, grip socks are required for both hygiene and safety. Forgot yours? They’re available for purchase at the studio.

We recommend comfortable, form-fitting clothing to allow ease of movement. Please avoid zippers or metal details, as they may damage the reformers. These are guidelines, above all, wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident.
Pricing & Packages

We offer single-class drop-ins, class packs (10 or 20), and mixed reformer/mat packages. Visit our Pricing page for all the details.

Yes. 10 and 20 packs will expire 3 months from your first visit.

Class packs are non-transferable and meant for individual use only.

Classes, Memberships & Services
All purchases of classes, class packages, memberships, and services are final sale. We do not offer refunds, transfers, or extensions for any reason.
We kindly ask that you review your schedule and availability before purchasing or booking.Cancellations must be made in accordance with our studio policies. Late cancellations and missed classes will result in the loss of that credit.
Retail (lululemon)
All retail purchases are final sale.We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase on items that are:
Unworn
In original condition
With all original tags attached
All exchanges are subject to approval at the studio’s discretion and may be declined if items do not meet the above criteria.
Additional Notes
In the rare case of a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can review and assist where appropriate.
Policies

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost class credit and a refund will not be provided.

Not all. For example, Reformer Jump is not suitable during pregnancy or for knee/ankle injuries. Always consult your physician before beginning any new movement practice.

Yes! We offer 1:1 and semi-private sessions. Contact us directly to learn more or to schedule.

At Atria Pilates, we believe in delivering high-quality, small-group classes with personalized attention. Our class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure every client receives the support and guidance they deserve. Offering free trials would reduce availability for paying members and compromise the experience we aim to provide.
Instead, we offer limited time introductory pricing like our Welcome Week Drop-In Rates so you can try a class at a reduced rate with no commitment. It’s the perfect way to experience the studio, meet our instructors, and see if our space feels right for you.
