Laura
With over 15 years of experience in yoga and Pilates, Laura brings a thoughtful, inclusive approach to movement. Her teaching is grounded in the belief that every body—regardless of shape, size, ability, or experience—deserves to feel supported, empowered, and seen.
Laura specializes in tailoring each class to meet the individual needs of her students. Whether you’re new to the practice or a seasoned mover, she offers thoughtful modifications and hands-on guidance to ensure that everyone feels confident and safe in their movement. Her sessions focus on alignment, breath, and body awareness, weaving challenge and encouragement into a non-judgmental, welcoming space.
Laura’s passion is helping people move better and feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally. You’ll leave her classes feeling stronger, more connected, and deeply supported on your journey.

Natalie
Natalie is a Pilates instructor and current RMT student with a passion for movement, recovery, and injury prevention. She holds a BSc in Global Health and also studied as a Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant before pursuing Massage Therapy. Her love for Pilates began after major leg surgeries as a teen, when traditional physio wasn’t always possible. Pilates became her go-to for strength and rehab, and now she’s dedicated to helping others move with confidence, balance, and ease. Natalie loves teaching by working all segments of the body, creating classes that leave you feeling strong and connected from head to toe.

Una Grace is passionate about creating a warm and safe environment where everyone feels welcome to connect with their bodies and move with confidence. With over 18 years of experience in dance and ballet teaching, she loves encouraging clients to challenge themselves and discover new strengths through Pilates. Una’s supportive approach inspires people of all levels to build strength, find balance, and enjoy the journey toward feeling good in their own skin.

Kendra
Meet your General Manager Kendra! She is a Registered Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation Instructor. Her passion for teaching has ranged from leading large groups at outdoor fitness events of 200 pepople to more cherished private sessions. Kendra loves the warmth she has found in the Pilates community and hopes to pass that on to all her clients. She believes everyone needs to embrace the essence of balance, precision, and rest in their Pilates practice

Aliya
An early childhood back injury led Aliya to the world of Pilates. She became more passionate about the practice while living in Dubai, and a move to Egypt solidified her decision to leave the corporate world and pursue her journey to becoming a Pilates instructor in 2018. Aliya has worked with several special populations including clients with scoliosis, knee, hip and shoulder concerns, along with pre and post-natal. She has trained in both the Classical and Contemporary methods of Pilates, and is certified in TRX training and fusion Barre movement. She looks forward to meeting you in class and sharing how Pilates can help you.

Krista
Krista has been certified to teach Pilates since 2015, but has been a student of Pilates for many years prior: experiencing first hand the transformative power of the Pilates method. She has been a personal trainer since 2006 and has helped hundreds of clients by incorporating strength training, Pilates and Holistic Nutrition coaching. Her teaching style is technical, but flowing. She can work with every level of client from rehabilitation, pre & post natal to athletes. Outside of the studio, she is a wife, Mom of 2 & a dog mom. Nature & her family cottage are her happy places!
