    Reformer Essentials

    A Reformer class focused on technique, alignment, and breath. Build confidence while developing strength, stability, and body awareness.


    Suitable for beginners and those returning to movement.

    Reformer Flow

    This class offers more variety and flow than Essentials, with creative sequences to help you grow stronger, improve coordination, and deepen your control. You’ll be guided through progressions along the way, so you can work at your own pace while exploring new challenges.

    Suitable only for those with significant Reformer experience.

    Reformer Cardio
