Reformer Essentials
Designed for those new to Pilates or new to the Reformer, this class focuses on proper technique, alignment, and breath. You'll build confidence while developing strength, stability, and body awareness in a supportive environment.
Ideal for beginners and those returning to movement. -
Reformer Challenge
A step up in challenge and pace, this class is for clients with prior Reformer experience who want to progress their strength, coordination, and control. Expect layered movement patterns, dynamic sequences, and a stronger full-body focus.

Reformer Jump
A high-energy Reformer class incorporating short, low-impact cardio bursts using the jumpboard. You'll alternate 2–3 minute jumping intervals with focused strength, stability, and core work for a full-body challenge. Expect to get sweaty, stay supported, and leave feeling strong.
Not suitable for knee/ ankle injuries or pregnancy. -
Reformer Stretch
A slow, restorative Reformer class that blends strengthening with deep stretching to support mobility, stability, and ease of movement. Ideal for recovery days, active aging, or anyone looking to reset the body through breath, control, and mindful movement.
Suitable for all levels. -
Mat Pilates
A focused, full-body class that uses small props—like rings, bands, balls, or light weights—to enhance traditional Pilates mat work. You’ll build strength, improve mobility, and deepen your core connection through mindful, low-impact movement. Designed to support alignment, posture, and breath awareness.
Suitable for all levels, with modifications and challenges offered throughout.
